Taking the bus, eating breakfast, some hours of sleep, conversations with loved ones, memes you won’t stop laughing at, that idiot who always seems to ruin your day, the friendly stranger or the grumpy one—all these little things make up your life. When added up, you’ll be surprised at how many hours, or even weeks, these little things make.
When do you stop to realize you’re here for the long ride? It’s easy to do these regular things with levity; you don’t have to think too hard or put in extra effort to get by. So it becomes mundane and lacks life. You only consider challenging things to be worthwhile or things outside the norm. You have trivialized life so that fun and play have become privileges.
It takes effort, finesse, and a certain grace to rise above this normalcy such that your routine or environment does not predict your life. But it has to flow freshly from within, from acknowledging the gift of your open eyes each morning to the last thought before you drift into dreamland.
No one lives the life they want; they might appear so, but something always seems unattainable. Even after accomplishments you never thought possible, there’s still a want that will never go away. So, you spend every day chasing one milestone or the next forgetting to paint strokes of your progress on the canvas of your mind.
You forget that something as little as a wink is art, so you remove the sauce and replace it with a bland desire that never seems to end. If life has never seemed exhausting, you must be doing something right, and I don’t mind sharing your knowledge. But welcome home if it has been; we’re family here. No matter how exhaustive it is, we find our way around it, and just when it gets boring again, we unlock another level.

There is something beautiful about being alive; it’s an invigorating energy that drives your whims. If you’ve had near-death experiences or seen the vanity about life, it drains that force and leaves you empty. That is why loss is one of the hardest things to move on from; losing someone you gave a part of that energy to will never make life the same again.
I’m here to remind you to bask in life’s energy and do everything with enthusiasm, joy, and unique charisma. You should give your best at everything, even if it’s just walking. Do it with pride, vigor, and a courageous stance that gives you the right to be here as much as anyone else. You might not know what will be your last, but you should know that there is an aura only you possess, and you have to shine it at everything.

Don’t forget to shine and share ❤️ Have a beautiful week.
