Today, I feel sad and I mean that in every dictionary meaning you know. I’m not acknowledging that because I want to be pitied or so you can ask me how I am and get all up in my business, No. I’m saying it because I want you to understand that sometimes the person you draw strength from gets weak too.

It’s really easy to come up with a great motivating article to give you the push you need for the week, trust me, I had a lot that you should have been reading instead.

However, acknowledging how I feel,putting it in writing and even posting it for you to read was extremely hard for me and it made me even more sad.

It also made me wonder, if all this while we are being truthful about our feelings and not locking them away to keep up with the image people think of us.

I wonder if we have the courage needed to admit that we are not okay sometimes and that’s it’s okay not to be okay.

I wonder that even if we don’t have someone to talk to about our feelings, we are able to tell ourselves the truth; that we are worthy of honesty and that we’ll be okay.

I really wonder…
